AR Consultancy is led by an experienced primary headteacher with a strong track record of school improvement and leadership development.


Having led several schools through significant challenge and improvement, and supported other schools and leaders, we understand the realities of accountability, capacity, and change. We have other specialist consultants that we work with, should you have specific requests.
